Tonight I made a dish that I learned in Foods and Clothing in High School. I love my recipe book from high school! I still make a lot of the recipes in the book. Meanwhile whip together your eggs and low fat half and half Place potatoes into bottom of greased dish. Spread sausage on top then pour egg mixture over it. Served with a side of fruit!
