I’m loving week 2. This extra protein is what I needed.
Breakfast was another smoothie! Today it was mixed berries, 1 banana, splash of water and splash of almond milk. It was creamy!
I got hungry at my usual 10:30 tome so I finished off the pomegranate seeds.
Lunch was thrown together pretty quick. I warmed up some leftover black beans and threw on some carrots and hummus.
Dinner was orange salmon and veggies foil packet! I threw a bunch of veggies on some foil and seasoned them with my Italian seasoning and topped it with salmon and an orange wedge. Closed the packet up and baked for 30 min.
I also had a side of edamame!
